In March 2020, we had informed you of our response to the unprecedented and globally devastating Covid-19 pandemic. Almost exactly one year in, our priorities remain the same, and the health and safety of our customers and our team are and will always remain our #1 priority.

With some states, communities, and countries relaxing their Covid-19 restrictions, we would like to reemphasize with absolute clarity that edelkrone continues to implement its safety measures without compromise while guaranteeing your complete satisfaction with our products and services.

edelkrone online store, along with our unmatched customer service and shipping, are all open and operational during normal business hours to assist you with your edelkrone orders and inquiries with the following safety measures in place:

  • Persistently following the advice and guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health agencies, as well as local and Federal government,
  • Continuing the work-from-home protocol for our office employees, and
  • Implement a highly vigorous protocol at our fulfillment centers for the safety of our shipping staff which includes conducting daily/routine health screening, mandatory double masking, staff limitation & rotation to eliminate the possibility of close contact, and maximum sanitation & disinfection applications on surfaces.
