I had high hopes for this product. Took it to a wedding this past weekend but the top rotates constantly instead of staying tight. It also isn’t very smooth on the side to side motion. Would love to send it back but am having a hard time finding the return option on your website

For what it is its perfect. Quick easy to use versatile slider. However. A more pro version woule be nice. A 3/8th mount on both sides, so I don’t have to worry about losing bushings because it fell in the grass or it broke and I needed to fish it out of my fluid head with a knife. Both of which happenend

I’m really happy with my new wing! I just upgraded and it has much better control than my old wing. My only complaint is that it takes the jaws of life to unsnap the button when I’m ready to use it. My old wing was much easier to unsnap. It makes it a little more difficult to use and hurts my fingers. If it wasn’t for that I’d give it 5 stars.

the product is well built, does what it intended BUT - it's very heavy, so you must use a heavy duty tripod, and it's pretty hard to get the full motion range without the movement being un-even (in speed terms). it seems the mechanism for even speed control is not working with heavy setups. also' sometimes the movement has a curved second-motion which makes the shots unusable...

product is very simple, and very Solid and well made. But the parts seem to be too finely divided. It would be nice if you could explain a little more about the parts you need. I do not have a ballhead. In fact so I have not used it properly yet. But I really like the stuff. In the future, you will also purchase additional products. And thank you for the good delivery to Korea.

Not very good as the unit I had seems to be used before and the movement was not smooth. The friction knob was also not very functional. It’s either lock or loose. The friction was not adjustable.
